Return and Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at mayarstore45@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Thank you for shopping with MayarStore. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders within Pakistan.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer delivery within Pakistan. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed after they are successfully placed and, where applicable, confirmed by our team. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. Please make sure that your name, phone number, and delivery address are accurate when placing your order.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is generally: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, courier operations, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control. Remote or less-accessible areas may require additional delivery time. The estimated delivery time is not a guaranteed delivery date.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.
From time to time, MayarStore may offer promotions such as free shipping or reduced shipping charges.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and locations.
If you select COD:

• Please provide a valid phone number.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
• You are expected to pay the full order amount to the courier upon delivery.
• Please do not place a COD order if you do not intend to receive it.
• Repeated refusal or failure to receive confirmed COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

6. Order Confirmation

For certain orders, especially COD orders, we may contact you to confirm:

• Your name
• Phone number
• Delivery address
• Products ordered
• Order total

If we cannot verify the order or reach you using the information provided, the order may be delayed or cancelled.

7. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please carefully check:

• Full name
• House/flat number
• Street/area
• City
• Province
• Postal code, where applicable
• Active phone number

MayarStore is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address or contact information provided by the customer.

8. Tracking

Where tracking information is available, we may provide the customer with a tracking number or tracking link after the order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take some time to become active after the courier receives the package.

9. Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays can sometimes occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including: Courier delays, Severe weather, Public holidays, Road closures, High order volumes, Incorrect or incomplete addresses, Operational or technical issues and other unforeseen circumstances.

If your order is delayed, please contact us so that we can assist you in checking its status.

10. Failed Delivery

A delivery may be considered unsuccessful if:

• The customer is unavailable to receive the package.
• The provided phone number cannot be reached.
• The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
• The customer refuses the package.
• The courier cannot access the delivery location.

If an order is returned to us because of a failed delivery or refusal, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests the order to be sent again.

11. Damaged Packages

If your package appears seriously damaged when delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. Where possible, take clear photographs or videos of the package and product before disposing of any packaging materials. These may be required to help us investigate the issue with the courier or supplier.
